On May first 2023, I read on The New York Times that the renowed expert on Artificial Intelligence, Geoffrey Hinton, resignes Google in order to join the large group of high standing experts who warn the world about the very high risks of AI in this time period.

To me, Geoffrey Hinton is the present day Oppenheimer.
